Dr. Corey Lott - Educator, researcher, learning designer, SEL specialist
With over 20 years of experience in education, I have had the privilege of working with teachers and students across various ages and disciplines. As a passionate educator, researcher, and learning designer, I am dedicated to creating dynamic, inclusive learning environments that foster both academic success and social-emotional growth.
I am particularly committed to design strategies for K-12 and higher eduction that integrate social-emotional learning (SEL) with academic instruction with the guidance of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles. My approach is research-informed, field tested and grounded in the belief that learning is a social process. To my work I bring a deep understanding of instructional design for in-person and online learning, culturally relevant teaching strategies, and assessment practices that drive meaningful learning outcomes in ways that ignite curiosity, deepen engagement, and support meaningful connections.
Beyond the classroom, I founded two company’s.
Corey Lott’s Educational Consulting supports teachers and administrators in educational excellence.
Worldwide EC, supports the legacy work of trainers using encouragement practices based on Adlerian theory to help others cultivate self-knowledge and well-being.
Through both companies, I host multi-lingual workshops—in-person and virtual—for groups ranging from small teams to hundreds of participants. I look forward to opportunities to collaborate, innovate, and inspire lifelong learning!
