Corey Lott - Educator, researcher, learning designer, SEL specialist

With over 20 years of experience in education, I have had the privilege of working with teachers and students across various ages and disciplines. As a passionate educator, researcher, and learning designer, I am dedicated to creating dynamic, inclusive learning environments that foster both academic success and social-emotional growth.

I aim to collaborate with administrators, teachers, and professionals to learning plans that effectively integrate social-emotional learning (SEL) with academic instruction. I provide group and self-study materials to advance meaningful professional learning opportunities. My approach is rooted in the belief that learning is a social process, and I design experiences that ignite curiosity, deepen engagement, and support meaningful connections. Conducting and participating in research allows me to contribute to advancing innovative teaching methodologies.

Beyond the classroom, I founded a global company, Worldwide EC, which supports the legacy work of trainers using encouragement practices based on Adlerian theory to help others cultivate self-knowledge and well-being. Through this work, I host multi-lingual workshops—in-person and virtual—for groups ranging from small teams to hundreds of participants. Additionally, I organize the translation and publishing of educational resources to ensure accessibility for diverse communities.

I look forward to opportunities to collaborate, innovate, and inspire lifelong learning!
